As a Restorative Nurse you use your skills and knowledge to support dignity, enhance independence and empower residents to achieve an optimal quality of life. Job Description: The purpose of the Restorative Nurse is to coordinate restorative care for our residents. This includes promoting mobility and functionality to help decrease any physical declines. The Restorative Nurse implements and supports resident care plans and strives to assist with maintaining their maximum functional capacity. Along with managing the Restorative Care and Fall Programs, the Restorative Nurse supervises and trains all Restorative Aides to ensure they are well versed in adhering to the protocols and job duties aligned for the position. Requirements:
Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing plus Rehab certification

Licensure: State of Illinois licensure
