We develop our team's skills and capabilities to optimize for these market changes, in consultation with company senior leaders. We are searching for a Senior Procurement Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for optimizing costs and for supporting category spend related to corporate procurement (Finance, Legal, Human Resources). This role will support the Manager of Procurement to perform financial analysis, stakeholder management, supplier performance management, and continuous cost improvement activities. We're a "best of both worlds" kind of company. We're big enough to have resources and scale, but small enough that a single person has significant autonomy to make a meaningful impact. Youll spend time on the following: Analyze financial data to determine total cost of ownership to inform various business decisions Lead procurement initiatives (e. g. , RFP); provide project management on major contract negotiations Exercise judgment on when to resolve issues and on when to engage manager Facilitate supplier and business partner meetings on progress, barriers, and new opportunities Analyze market, customer requirements, pricing, category etc. to recommend appropriate business strategy Review compliance against company policies and procedures, ethical practices and adherence to relevant laws and regulations Collaborate with Legal and Information Security to minimize supplier risks across financial, operational, and regulatory topics Develop and maintain supplier scorecards to measure supplier performance globally Were excited about you if you have: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Supply Chain Management or related discipline required. 2-3+ years experience in procurement, buying or procurement-related role You have an advanced understanding of supplier management, commercial finance and accounting Youre familiar with corporate purchasing Youre a critical thinker regarding business challenges while simultaneously absorbing new knowledge and information You are passionate for results and for getting into the details You thrive in a dynamic startup environment and can navigate the ambiguities that come with it .
